まずA向けは同じBであるC向けをベースに計算します。
C向けの試算は来週中に終わる予定です。これをもとに我々は計算を開始します。
従って今週中に正確な回答が来たと仮定して、再来週中には仮計算回答を共有できると思います。
我々の確保すべき日程として、通常は回答が全て揃ってから2週間必要です。
（今回Cと共通前提がある為多少短縮できるかもしれません）
一方当然ながら計算にはMの回答が先に必要ですが、この最終版を頂けないでしょうか。
特に数量はEの負担額を決めるのに早い段階で最終値が必要です

First, the calculation for A will be based on the same for B and C.
The estimation for C will be finished within the next week. Based on this we will start our calculations.
Therefore, assuming we receive an accurate response by the end of this week, we will be able to share the provisional calculation response by the end of the week after the next one.
We usually need two weeks after we have all the responses.
(We may be able to shorten it somewhat this time because of the assumptions we share with C.)
On the other hand, of course, we need M's response first for the calculation, but could you please give us the final version of this response?
(Especially for quantities, we need the final values as soon as possible to determine the amount owed to E.)
