デポジットですが、メーカーの方で要求があった場合は、
きちんと文面を添付して下さい。また、サプライヤーが、弊社の信用の為に求めるいる場合は、オーダーのキャンセルはしないので、デポジット無しにして下さい。なぜならメーカーが求めていないのに、商品が出荷される半年前からデポジットがなぜ必要なのかが分かりません。
納期は、添付ファイルに記載されている日付けでしょうか。もし希望の納期が難しい場合は、遅く出荷する事はできませんか。

Regarding deposit, if requested by the manufacturer,please attach the proper documentation. Also, if the supplier is asking for it for our credit, please make it no deposit as we will not cancel the order. Because we do not understand why a deposit is required six months before the goods are shipped if the manufacturer is not asking for it.
Is the delivery date the date listed in the attachment? If the desired delivery date is not feasible, is it possible to ship later?
