日本で輸入代理店をしています。
今夏開催される「〇〇」に参加したいと思っております。

そこで、Credentialsについて質問させてください。
サイトより登録し、20ドルを払ったのですが、登録が完了できません。
最低2点の書類の提出を求められているようです。
1点は、名刺をアップロード予定ですが、アウトドア製品は今後力を入れていきたい分野なので、現段階での取り扱いや、請求書はありません。
また、日本では営業許可証のようなものもありません。

I am going to participate in xx that is going to be held in summer this year.

I would like to ask you a question.
I registered in the website, and paid 20 dollars. But I cannot complete the registration.
I am required to submit at least the 2 documents.
About one, I am going to upload a business card. As item of outdoor is the one I would like to put emphasis the most in the future, I do not have a manual and invoice at this stage.
We do not have a permit of sales in Japan, either.
