日本のクレジットカードを使用して決済しましたが、
海外からの購入のため利用制限がかかり決済ができませんでした。
現在一時的に制限解除したため決済が可能になりました。
WEB上で決済がうまくできなかったため、お手数ですが再度クレジットカードの決済処理をお願いします。
（英語がほとんど話せないため、すぐに返信ができない、または簡単な単語でしか回答できないかもしれません）
