・顧客情報を日本だけでなく海外の事例も引き合いに出して商談準備をしている
・目標達成のために顧客のポテンシャルを商談履歴から評価し、優先順位をつけてプランニングをしている
ただ、想定している顧客が500名前後だったのと、これまでの履歴を考慮するとSMBチームではなくMMチームで進めたほうが双方にとってよいプロセスになると思う
