また、話し方も丁寧でお客様に対する接し方も丁寧にアプローチすることも良い点です。


一方、懸念点としては直接ビジネスと関係のない話を長くしてしまうなど、適切に商談を通して最短で受注に向かうコミュニケーションが取れるかどうかについては不明瞭でした。

しかし、上記はマネジメントを厚くすることで対応可能と考えます。

And, on the other hand, he is inclined to make a story that is not related to the business long, and he was unclear whether he can communicate with customers to connect the order at the earliest by an appropriate way.
However, I am sure that he will be able to get through the above if he will experience more management.
