NVRのスタンダードのライセンスを購入された方が、アップデート目的で、ソフトをアンインストールしました。スタンダードは廃版なので、エンタープライズをインストールしました。

・スタンダードのライセンスキーがそのままエンタープライズでも使用できますか？　スタンダードは廃版になりましたが、エンタープライズで使用するには何か手続きが必要でしょうか？

・添付写真のエラー表示が出たそうです。本人は、「メンバーパスワード」を忘れたのでこのエラーが出ていると思っているそうです。

A customer who purchased the standard license of NVR uninstalled the software for updating purpose. Standard version has been discontinued so the customer installed Enterprise version instead.

・ Can the standard license key be used for the enterprise as well? As the standard has been discontinued, does a user need to do anything to keep using the same licence key in the enterprise?

・ The error message was displayed as attached. To the customer's understanding, this error has occured because s/he forgot his/her "member password".
