イタリアの研究所に属する社員への研修は、欧米でeラーニングか何かの形で実施されているのだろうと推測していたのですが、何かご存じないでしょうか？(アメリカのSabaからSkillSoftのコースを展開されているという話も以前耳にしましたので、そういったeラーニングコンテンツの活用がイタリアは日本よりも進んでいると私は思い込んでいました)

I have been assuming that the training for employees belonging to research institutes in Italy is conducted in Europe and America in the form of e-learning or something. Do you know anything about it? (I had heard before that there was a SkillSoft course offered by Saba in the US, so I thought that Italy was more advanced in utilizing such e-learning content than Japan.)
