今回の問題は、アマゾンのポリシーと英国のルールを理解していなかったことにあります。私の知識不足でした

改善策として、以下を本日、実施しました

アマゾンの規約とポリシー、そして英国のルールを確認し、内容を理解した上でマニュアルを作成しました。

私以外の従業員にもマニュアルを配布し、教育を行いました。

amazonの在庫リストを全て消去しました。

今後は、商品を出品する際には、私以外の別のスタッフも加えることで、問題ない商品どうかのダブルチェックします。

The problem at this time is because I didn't understand Amazon's policy and UK rule. My knowledge was insufficient.

As the improvement, I executed the below things today.

I checked Amazon's rules and regulations, and policy, then UK rule, understood the contents to make the manual.

I also distributed it to the employees, and give them the training.

I deleted all stock lists of Amazon.

I will add other staffs on shipment of the item to double-check whether the items have problems or not.
