現在中国を台頭に世界ではメジャーのコーヒーチェーン以外によりコンセプト重視のベンチャーコーヒーショップが多く展開されていて、新たな投資分野として注目されています。日本を代表を企業が残念ながらまだございません。その分野では世界的にも発展余地が大いにあると思い今回のプロジェクトに至りました。
