先日はミーティングのお時間をいただきありがとうございました
Changさんから頂いた資料を参考に、次年度からの研修プログラムを組んでみます
日本人と海外のメンバーとの間に学ぶ内容に差が出ないようにすること、海外のオンラインコンテンツを有効に活用すること、の2点を意識してプログラムの検討をしていきます
現プログラムは、リーダシップといったマインド面のスキルに偏らないようにしていたのですが、コロナ禍で内容を見直す時期にきたのかもしれません

Thank you for your time with us for the meeting the other day.
I will plan to schedule programmes for courses for the next year by using your documents.
I focus on programming to consider the following points which are to make effective use of online content overseas along with there not being a discrepancy in content between members of Japanese and overseas.
The current programme keeps not concentrating skills towards participants' minds such as leadership but it might be a good time to revise the content during the Covid pandemic.
