Changさんから頂いた資料を参考に、次年度からの研修プログラムを組んでみます
日本人と海外のメンバーとの間に学ぶ内容に差が出ないようにすること、海外のオンラインコンテンツを有効に活用すること、の2点を意識してプログラムの検討をしていきます
現プログラムは、リーダシップといったマインド面のスキルに偏らないようにしていたのですが、コロナ禍で内容を見直す時期にきたのかもしれません
