Last month, I added a case study for Company N to the training content taught by yourself. I let Mr. H; the General Manager of HR know.
Mr. H since became the President as of this weekend, so I will report the results to yourself instead later.
Mr. H gave me a task the other day.
It has been six years since we started conducting successor training; ‘Program A’. I am currently reviewing that program.
Mr. H is dissatisfied with the fact that the current Program A is implemented only for members within the Group Company – it is not possible to exchange between different industries.
