注文した商品について、1週間前に発送連絡が来てからステータスが「Your order is being processed」のまま変わらない。
先程チャットで問い合わせをさせて頂き、倉庫の担当に確認し別途メールにて連絡を頂ける事にはなっているが、できれば今週中に商品が欲しいため、本日または明日にはDHLに荷物を引き渡して欲しい。
本日または明日にDHLに引き渡しが難しい場合でも、商品のキャンセルは考えていないので、できる限り早く到着するよう手配して欲しい。
The status of the ordered item remains "Your order is being processed" since the shipping notification came a week ago.
I inquired the person in charge of the warehouse via chat earlier, and I confirmed him/her to contact me by e-mail separately. However, I want the product within this week, so if it is possible, please hand over the luggage to DHL today or tomorrow.
