E,F両者合意した回答です。

Cも含めた我々の要望は3日までに全ての回答を頂きたいです。
これを超過する場合、上位層を交え提案日を含め日程再検討する必要があると考えます。
また我々の持ち時間が減ることで分析の品質を保証できないと考えます。
Dは本の表紙に擦れ、破れや微細な汚れがありますが、中を読む分には問題ない商品です。

We had also think for working schedule, but we agree about limit date so we will answer about it to A.
This is answer which both of E and F have already agreed.
Thank you for your advanced notification about B.
We would like to get all answer about our requests including C before the date of 3rd.
If you will exceed this limit, we need to think reexamine about working schedule including proposal day with our boss.
And we think it will not be possible to guarantee analyzed quality because of reducing our spending time.
Although book of D has a little damage or tears and small dirt on cover page, but there is no problem to read it as product.
