詳細なご返答ありがとうございました。いただいた内容で、レポートを提出してみます。
輸送ダメージが原因ということで、返答してみましたが、販売が再開できるかどうかはアマゾン次第です。

三点ほど教えて下さい。
・再販できたら、できる限り良品をアマゾンに納入したいのですが、なにか見分ける方法はありますか？
・デザインが違ってもOKなので、塗装が剥がれない商品はありますか？
・次に購入するときはプラスチックパッケージか、輸送の衝撃に強いパッケージが良いです。価格はどのくらい高くなりますか？

Thank you for your detailed reply. I will make and submit a report based on it.
I replied that it was caused by shipping damage, but it is up to Amazon if the sales will be resumed or not.

I would be appreciated if you can tell me about three points below,
- Is there better a way to detect or predict? (I would like to deliver as a good product as possible to Amazon after resuming sales.)
- Is there any products which the paint does not come off? (Different design is ok.)
- How much the price will be, if I would prefer a plastic package or a package that is resistant to the impact of transportation next time?
