商品の梱包について至急改善して欲しいことがあります。
届いた新商品を為検品していると、髪の毛がかなりの確率で入っていました。
A商品はすべてに髪の毛混入、B・C・Dも半分の確率で入っていました。
今迄も1-2%の確率ではありましたが、今回の納品分はあまりにひどい状況です。
最近パッケージの会社を変更しましたか?
袋を開けたユーザーは気持ち悪いですし衛生面でもOUTです。長い髪の毛は束ねる、ヘアキャップをするなどの対処を指示して下さい。異物混入はあなたのメーカーのイメージを下げます。

Could I ask you something about the packing of items to improve immediately?
On our inspection of arrived items, there are a lot of cases to identify human hairs in the package. All “A” had human hairs inside the package. Also, half of B, C, and D include the hairs. So far, it was 1-2% of the rate. However, this is the worst-case ever for this delivered package.
Did you change a company of packaging recently?
When customers open an item package, they might feel unhappy about the issue and also, it is out of question for hygiene. Please instruct the company to wear a hair cap or ask workers' hair in a bun, or something to get rid of this issue. Containing the foreign object in the product will lead your company’s reputation worse.
