配送について相談があります。
いつもフエデツクスで配送していますが、最近はコロナの影響で日本への到着が大変遅くなっています。
発送から到着まで3週間ほどかかります。
別メーカーですが、隣国からUPSで配送した場合1週間~10日で到着します。UPSでの配送は可能ですか?
DHL・TNTも遅延していますが、フェデックスは特に遅延がひどいです。
先日あなたが発送した荷物は、8日間フランスの空港で待機の上、まだベルギーで積込の待機中です。ぜひUPSの導入をご検討ください。よろしくお願いします。

I would like to discuss the delivery with you.
I always ask you to use FedEx, but recently, due to COVID-19, it the delivery to Japan is reeally late.
It takes about 3 weeks from shipment to the completion of delivery.
This is about other manufacturer, but if they send from neighbouring country by UPS, it is delivered in 7 to 10 days. Can you use UPS?
DHL and TNT is suffering from delivery delay, but FedEx is much worse.
The package you shipped the other day was suspended for 8 days at an pirport in French and is still in Belgiumm waiting for loading.
I would be happy if you can consider to use UPS at any rate. Thank you very much.
