This time, to be sure, I chose [collecting package]. Although you told me not to be collected by FedEx, I though it might have been collected. I hope it would not be trouble to you.

I had a contact from FedEx, and was told that it cannot be possible to collect it. I am sorry but please take the package to the office.
I set the collecting date on Thursday.
