SHIPPERであるあなたのEORI番号を使用できないのは何故ですか？

私は本日ドイツのEORI番号を取得しようと証明書やアカウントの取得まで進めましたが、道のりは長いと感じました。
今、ELSTERに問い合わせていますが、返答の内容次第で今後のアクションを決めます。

色々と検討した結果、荷物をEU内のポーランドに送ることにしました。

Why isn't it possible to use your EORI number, although you are the Shipper?

Today, I got a certificate and an account to get an EORI number and found it should take long.
Now, I'm waiting for a reply form Elster and will decide what to do depending on it.

As a result of consideration, I've decided to send the parcel to Poland that is within EU.
