今回のダメージは、同梱処理の際の、御社の荷物の配置に問題があったと思います。
荷物の取り扱いには改善すべき点があるように思います。

発送する際は絶対に箱から出してバラさないでください。
発送指示を行う前にこちらからもメールをさせて頂きます。

今後同梱依頼をする際
指定したダンボールを開けないように依頼することは可能でしょうか？？

Could I ask a favour of you for not opening the box to take the figure out when shipping?

Later, would it be possible not to open a designated cardboard box when requesting a combined package?
