一年程前に我々部署内の手順書作成を目的に、以下メールの内容を質問しご回答を頂きました。
回答頂いた内容から、その後特に政府の方針、制度等の変更はありませんでしょうか。我々は制度等変更がないか、1年に一度確認を行っています。
もしも制度等に変更があった場合はその内容を、変更がない場合はその旨をお返事頂けますでしょうか。
またご注文頂いた地域によっては適切な配送手段が確保出来ない為発送不可能か、発送出来ても大幅に日数がかかる場合がありますので、購入前にご連絡を頂けるとありがたいです。

To create procedural manuals within the department, about a year ago, I asked for and received replies as outline in the email below.
From the replies since then, there probably haven't been any particular changes to government policy or systems. We check once per year to see if any changes have been made in the system. If there have been changes, or if there hasn't can you please reply either way.
Also, depending on the the location, there is a possibility on not being able to secure an appropriate shipping method, so doing so could also take quite a few days. For that reason, please contact us prior to purchasing.
