また、会社までカレンダーを送ってくださり、ありがとうございました。

大変申し訳ございませんが、
Tinaをはじめ制作部、私たち社員全員が1月3日まで年末年始休暇をいただいており
flyerの翻訳作業をすることができません。

お力になれず大変申し訳ございませんが、何卒ご理解いただけますと幸いです。

Thank you very much for inviting me to the opening of your new store the other day.
Also, thank you for sending the calendar to our office.

We are very sorry but Tina and all of us in the production department will be on the New Year's holiday until January 3rd.
So, we will not be able to translate the flyer.
