DHLによりますと関税が着払いになっていたため○○円支払いました。
私は関税を2回支払っています。

商品代金の10%を返金してくださるということでしたので、

But according to the DHL the customs should be paid on delivery, so I paid 〇〇yen.
So I'm paying for the customs double times.
Maybe the seller contacted the DHL I think,
because of the damage of the goods,
it is said that 10% of the good's price would be returned to me.
So please return the double customs and 10% of the good's price to me.
