・組立不良品が何故出荷されたのか、見解を下さい。取り付けるだけで処置出来るので予備のゴム足を送付下さい。
・動作不良品が何故出荷されたのか、見解を下さい。
・外観及び動作不良製品が何故出荷されたのか、見解を下さい。
・錆びたビス等の不良部材を製品に使用しないで下さい。
・フィルタアセンブリにバリがある
・前面パネルの取付不備でパネルが浮いている
・前面パネルの取付ビスが違う（一本がトラスでなく、タッピング）
・風量のコントロールが出来ない(本体ボタン、リモコン共に)

-Please give me your opinion as to why the defective assembly was shipped. Please send us a spare rubber foot, as it can be fixed by simply installing it.
-Please tell us why the defective products were shipped.
-Please advise why the product was shipped with a defective appearance and operation.
-Please do not use rusty screws or other defective parts on the product.
-Filter assembly has burrs
-The panel is floating due to poor installation of the front panel
-The front panel mounting screws are different (one is tapping instead of trussing)
-Cannot control the air volume (both buttons and remote control)
