・組立不良品が何故出荷されたのか、見解を下さい。取り付けるだけで処置出来るので予備のゴム足を送付下さい。
・動作不良品が何故出荷されたのか、見解を下さい。
・外観及び動作不良製品が何故出荷されたのか、見解を下さい。
・錆びたビス等の不良部材を製品に使用しないで下さい。
・フィルタアセンブリにバリがある
・前面パネルの取付不備でパネルが浮いている
・前面パネルの取付ビスが違う（一本がトラスでなく、タッピング）
・風量のコントロールが出来ない(本体ボタン、リモコン共に)

Please explain why an item built with defect was sent. As I can process it only by setting, please send an extra rubber leg.

Please explain why an item where there is a defect outside and does not work correctly was sent.

I found burr at filter assembly.
As panel at front was not set appropriately, panel is not stable.
The screw attached at the front of the panel is a wrong one (One is not truss but tapping.)
I cannot control volume of the window (both button at the body and remote control).
