私はA社のBと申します。先日、御社とR社が合併して、今出荷待ちのオーダー#01からは、御社との取引に変わると聞きました。ですので、R社から頂いたオーダー#01のPOも、添付の通り、御社のPOに切り替えていただきました。今、11月初旬の出荷を予定していますが、輸出書類の記載内容について、下記の通りで問題ないか、ご確認をお願いします。

Therefore, as the attachment said, we had R company change thier purchase orders into yours. Currently, we are planning to ship in the begging of this November. I was wondering if you would cofirm whether or not the cotents written regarding the export documents as follows are right.
