昨日荷物が届きましたが、商品に問題がありました。
箱がない未使用品だと思い購入しましたが、泥がついたままの中古品で、
写真の商品とは全く違います。私はとても落胆しています。

私は今回の取引で＄135を支払っていますが、その一部の＄90を返金して欲しいです。
もし、私が納得できる対応が得られない場合は、eBayとPaypalに問題を申し立てるつもりです。

Yesterday the package arrived, but there is a problem with the product.
I purchased an unused product without a box, but this is a used product smudged with mud, and completely different from the product in the photo. I am very upset.
