現在日本の大手不動産会社や大型の資金調達を考えるスタートアップと提携しており、
STOを行う準備を進めております。
そこで、シンガポールにおいてSTOに興味ある投資家にアプローチしたく、
国の方針に従いたいのでアドバイスをいただけますでしょうか？
CMSライセンシーを通して投資家ニーズを把握したく、CMSライセンシーにコンタクトを取りたいのですが、
STO案件の説明に当たり、何か規制上注意すべきことはありますでしょうか？

At the moment, we have a partnership with a startup preparing for a large scale financing for major real estates in Japan.
We are making preparation for starting STO.
