本日商品を受け取りました。リトグラフを購入しましたが、丸まった状態で到着し、梱包も不十分だったため潰れており
落札時のコンディションと大きく異るものです。返品と返金を要求致します。明らかに発送側の梱包不備であることは明らかですので何らかの対応をお願い致します。

I received the item today. I purchased lithograph, but it was round when I received it, and it was not packed carefully where it was damaged. It is quite different from the condition when I won the bidding. I request refund and returning of the item. It is clear that it is a mistake made by a sender. Please work on it to solve it.
