現在、日本の配送会社へ商品輸送の連絡をしております。
確認の為ですが、今回の貿易条件について教えて下さい。
また、９８個の製品を輸送しますが、箱の大きさ・重量・個数等が記載されたパッキングリストも送って頂けると助かります。

Now, we are contacting to Japanese delivery agency about the freight of the items.
For confirmation, please kindly let me know about the trade term of this time.
We transfer 98 items so it would be helpful for us if you could send me the packing list with the size of the box, weight, and number of packages, etc.
