First, please check the UPS tracking number above.
You should have received four items.
There's the delivery certificate as well.

I have also checked the weight of each of the four items.
The total is around 176 pounds.

The ones already received are Box 3 and Box 4.
You might have missed Box 1 and Box 2, please look for them.
The missing items should be in there.
