日本の検査機関について

本日、日本の検査機関から連絡が有りました。
送った２個の製品の内、１個が破損していたようです。
検査に必要な個数が減った為、再度日本の検査機関へ製品を送らないといけないかもしれません。
製品の発送が必要かどうかは、明日中に確認が取れる予定です。

検査機関から製品に含まれるトングについて質問が有りました。
トングの先端にゴム製のカバーが取り付けられていると思うのですが、材質は何になりますでしょうか？
NR、SBR、SI、等のゴムの種類で教えて下さい。

Regarding Japanese Checking Institution

Today, I got the contact from Japanese Checking Institution.
They said that one of two products that I shipped out was broken.
Since the number of products being necessary for the investigation has been decreased, we might have to send the products to Japanese Institution again.
We may confirm whether we need to ship the product by the end of tomorrow.

The institution asked us about tongs including the product.
I think the rubber cover is put on the edge of the tongs, so please tell me what the material is.
Please kindly let me know the types of rubber such as NR, SBR, SI, etc.
