私は、そちらから購入した商品が届くのをとても楽しみにしていました。
ところが、その商品はまだ届いておりません。代金は送料を含めて、2月11日に支払済みです。こちらでは商品の追跡ができません。そちらから頂いたメールでは、いつ商品が届くのか全く分かりません。
3月5日までに商品が届かない場合、PayPalに異議申し立てをします。

I was very excited to receive the item I purchased.
However, the item has not been delivered yet. The payment including the shipping cost has been paid on February 11th. I cannot track the shipping and the email you sent did not indicate the date of delivery.
If I do not receive the item by March 5th, I will submit a complain to Paypal.
