おっしゃるように、インドネシアからの出国は問題ありません。
しかし日本が現在に入国制限をしています（対象111カ国）
日本人の配偶者がいる、永住者であるなどの他、”人道上配慮すべき事情”がある人でない限り
入国拒否対象となっています（留学生の入国は人道的配慮すべき事情に含まれません）

いつまで入国拒否との具体的な期限もないので私どもも困っています。
元々5月末入国予定だったのを、六月末→7月末と変更してい都度キャンセルしています。いつ入国できるか分かりません。
入管に問い合わせてみます。

But Japan is prohibiting entering to Japan now(111 countries).
Those other than that who has a Japanese spouse, has a visa as permanent resident, and others, which are called people who "have a reason we should consider in terms of human rights" are not allowed to enter Japan (Entering of foreign student is not included in this consideration).

We are in hard time since when prohibition of entering Japan will be stopped in detail.
It was scheduled to enter at the end of May, but it has been changed to the end of June to the end of July, which means that schedule has been cancelled at each time. We do not know when they can enter Japan. We will inquire immigration bureau.
