インドネシア人で日本の留学生ビザを持っている人が居ます。
4/16に一時帰国し、現在まで日本にみなし再入国ができずに困っています。

1）インドネシアを出国するための条件はありますか
2）日本に入国するルールはご存知であれば分かりますでしょうか。
