お返事が遅くなり申し訳ありませんでした。
本日、上司との打合せで、欧州向け広告宣伝は弊社の収益回復後に再開することが決まりました。２月以降すさまじく減収している中、国内市場を優先することにしたためです。
せっかく、数年先を見据えた企画をご提案頂いていたのに、今回は良いお返事ができず申し訳ありません。
私としては、コロナ収束の兆しが見え、弊社の収益も戻ってきましたら、ぜひ東京五輪の前に広告出稿させていただきたいと思っております。

Today, during a meeting with my boss, it was decided that we would resume advertising towards European countries once our earnings have recovered. This is because we have decided to prioritize the domestic market, amidst the tremendous decrease in sales since February.
We are deeply disappointed that we could not provide you with a good reply this time, despite receiving a proposal for a project that kept the long-term future in mind.
We would like to place an order for an advertisement before the Tokyo Olympics if we see signs of COVID-19 settling and if our profits gradually return.
