先日商品が届きました。開けて大変ビックリしたのですが、ガラスパネルが割れています。大変ショックです。写真を添付いたします。写真の通り、緩衝材も入っておりません。これでは、ガラスは割れると思います。私の要求は、修理代として300ドルをご返金いただくか、もしくは、全額ご返金いただいた上で、そのまま返品させていただくのどちらかです。
ガラスが飛び散っていて、触れることもままならない危険な状況です。ご連絡お待ちしております。よろしくお願いいたします

I received the item the other day. I was surprised to open the parcel and find that the glass panel was broken. It was shocking to me. I am herein attaching picture. As you can see, no buffer materials were used. Naturally the glass was broken. I ask you to pay back $300 for its repair. Or, as another option, you pay all the charge and I send back it to you as it is.
Fine pieces of glass are scattered and it is very dangerous to touch it.
