先日商品が届きました。開けて大変ビックリしたのですが、ガラスパネルが割れています。大変ショックです。写真を添付いたします。写真の通り、緩衝材も入っておりません。これでは、ガラスは割れると思います。私の要求は、修理代として300ドルをご返金いただくか、もしくは、全額ご返金いただいた上で、そのまま返品させていただくのどちらかです。
ガラスが飛び散っていて、触れることもままならない危険な状況です。ご連絡お待ちしております。よろしくお願いいたします

I received the goods the next day.I was very much surprised to see that the glass panel was broken.
It was a great shock.I will atach a photo.As shown in the photograph there also isn'nt any cushioning.
So because of this reason the glass must have been broken.Its my request that either refund the compensation of 300 dollars or refund the complete amount, please let me know either of one.
The glass is scattered and it is very dangerous even to touch the shuffle.Awating your reply.
