①商品を輸送するにあたり、連絡する窓口は御社でしょうか？
それとも工場でしょうか？
工場の場合には、工場名、住所、電話番号等の情報を教えてください。

②日本で輸入の届け出書類を提出するにあたり、御社名、住所の情報が必要です。
こちらインボイスに記載されている内容で宜しかったでしょうか？

③今回、注文させて頂きました商品にJANコードが有れば教えてください。

Once you checked the amount in your account, please let us know the 3 points below:

1. Please confirm the contact information for the product transfer whether if it is with your office or to the factory.
If the contact place is the factory, we would appreciate if you could let us know the name, address, and the phone number of the factory.

2. In order process the paper works for the importation at the Japanese custom, we would need to know your company name, and is address. Would this address on the invoice be the one?

3. We would appreciate if you could let us know the JAN code of the ordered product.
