お客さんのしなくてはいけないことではなく、お客さんを再購入誘いですから、多分potrebbeのかわりに vorrebbeのほうがもうちょっと丁寧に聞こえるかもしれないと思います。でも、深い意味と他のニュアンスを丁寧に訳したと思います。But it could be since I tend to be extremely (in an old fashion way :-) polite.
