注文したスマートフォンが届いたのですが、開封されているどころか既に初期セットアップも済んでおり指紋もたくさん付着していました。
発送時に送られてきた荷物の伝票番号も偽物でした(1週間後に送られてきた番号は本物)し、新品と思って購入したのにこの状態の商品が送られきたのはとても悲しいです。
一部返金してください。

なお、発送が遅いので別のショップから5/10にもう1台注文したのですが、5/18日には届きました。
未開封ですしセットアップもされていませんでした。

I received the smartphone I had ordered. It was opened. What's worse the initial set up had been done, and there are many finger prints on it.
The slip number of the package sent on shipping was wrong (that I received one week later was true.), and I feel so regret that the item with this condition was sent to me although I had thought it was new item.
Please refund partially.

By the way, I ordered another smartphone on May 10th on the another shop since the shipment was too late. It was delivered on May 18th.
It was not opened and the set up not done.
