注文したスマートフォンが届いたのですが、開封されているどころか既に初期セットアップも済んでおり指紋もたくさん付着していました。
発送時に送られてきた荷物の伝票番号も偽物でした(1週間後に送られてきた番号は本物)し、新品と思って購入したのにこの状態の商品が送られきたのはとても悲しいです。
一部返金してください。

なお、発送が遅いので別のショップから5/10にもう1台注文したのですが、5/18日には届きました。
未開封ですしセットアップもされていませんでした。

Although the smartphone ordered reached me, it had been open and the first setting had been done with many finger prints.
The product number for the package sent was a fake then, (the one sent after one week was right one), I am so sad as the product sent was not brand new. Please issue a half refund for it.

However, as shipping was late, I ordered one more of it from another shop on 10 May and it reached me on 18 May.
It was sealed and not to be set up.
