Sorry for my late reply. Is the cost price same as a purchase price? Does the cost price include a shipping fee to the UK? I have some books with 0%of tax in these books, do I need to write about a book with 0% of tax?
Attached please find the C88 which I shipped last March. Have you received C79? I arranged you would receive C79 by last year. If not, please check whether you made mistake with the setting or not.
