Additional info: 母国語がロシア語のセールスマネージャーの手紙です。国際送金不受理の連絡が銀行から入ったので今後の送金方法のご相談メールです。今年の4月からロシア圏の国際送金がことごとく不受理です。いままでは問題なく送金できたのですが…。

4/15に日本郵便銀行から御社指定の銀行に国際送金をしましたが、昨日夕方銀行から送金不受理の電話連絡がありました。違う日本のメガバンクにも国際送金の相談をしましたが、直接御社の銀行には振込めないとの回答です。今年の4月から日本政府の指針で、ロシアと旧ロシア圏の国際送金が大変厳しくなりました。支払をペイパルでできませんか?ロシアの別メーカーの支払いもペイパルに切替えました。ペイパルの手数料を加算してペイパルの請求書をお送り下さい。ご迷惑お掛けしますが宜しくお願い致します。

I have already sent money as international transfer from Japan Postal Bank to directed bank by your company on 15th April, but last night I received the phone notification from bank about fail to accept transfer.
Although I have discussed with another Japanese main bank about international transfer,
they answered that it is impossible to transfer money directly to bank directed by your company.
According to the policy of Japanese government from this April,
it becomes really difficult to send Russia and countries for Soviet Union before.
Could you make for payment by PayPal?
I changed to payment for another Russian manufacture to PayPal.
Please send me bill to add cost for PayPal.
