店頭が売れていないので、変更ができなければすべてキャンセルして下さい。発注以外の商品は、キャンセルの交渉をメーカーとして下さい。支払いが終わっている商品の入荷状況をこまめに連絡なければ、お客さんに支払いの催促はできません。
全てのお客さんに提案すると弊社は、いつも高い利益で販売していると思われます。次回から発注をとるのが難しくなる。

Why I can not order except for product in catalog?
Please cancel all if you can not my order product.

If you can not change it, please cancel all because it is not sold in shop.
Please negotiate with manufacture about the product except for order.
I can not push for payment to customers if you don't give prompt information of delivery status,
which payment has been already done.
I guess your company always sell with high profit because your company deal with all customers.
So it will be difficult to get order from next time.
