（学ぶ）目的を明確にせず何でも最初から体系的に学ぼうとするのは学校教育の弊害だと思う。（学ぶ）必要性がわかってから、まずは虫食い的に学ぶほうが圧倒的に効率がいい。体系的に学ぶということは、全てを学ぶことを意味するから戦略的とは言えない。トレードオフの関係があるものに優先順位をつけることを戦略と呼ぶ。
人は何を言うかでなく何をしたかで評価されるべきですね。

I think it is the abuses of school education that people try to learn systematically without purpose (of study) from the beginning. It is more effective to learn rambling way at first. To learn systematically means to learn everything. So it is not strategic. To make the order of priority for trade-off relations is called a strategy.
People must be evaluated by what they did, not by what they say.
