原因となることというのは、インプラント自体の不具合か、生体に起因するもの、外傷によるものなどになると思いますは、そのほとんどはインプラント自体が原因によって起こるもので、これを文章で説明するのは非常に難しいと思います。どのように説明すればよいのかわかりませんが、考えてみたいと思います。12月20日の訪問前にあなたに確認していただきたいので、よろしくお願いいたします。これは全く急ぎではありませんが、アドバイスをいただければ嬉しいです。忙しいところすみません。

I think the cause of the damage result in either trouble of implant itself, biological object or external damage. However, in most of the case, it happens as a result of trouble of implant itself and I found explain it in the text is highly complicated. I am not sure how to explain it clearly but will find the way. I would like you to confirm it before your visit on 20th of December. This is not an urgent matter, but I would highly appreciate if you could give us advice. Thank you for your attention.
