I talked to the warehouse regarding the measurements as we do not pack the goods.
It is no problem to pack the goods in small boxes, which do not exceed the 160cm.
But I suppose you know, we will have more boxes then.
Is that a problem?
If not, we will take care that all the goods are packed in small boxes and of course we will try to have not that many boxes.
We also dispatch packages with DHL. This is no problem.
To Australia, for example, it takes 14 days.
I am not sure how long it would take to Japan but if you are interested in this kind of dispatch, I could ask DHL.
