As you claim that the goods are short of quantity, we will ask seller to provide the evidence to prove the quantity of the goods within 3 calendar days.

PS: If there’s any agreement reached with the supplier before this case is closed, please provide your supportive evidence on the complaint centre. Or E-shop shall have the right to proceed to handle the Claim based on the supporting documents available and/or the settlement terms reached in the Order Messages within the Time Limit between the Buyer and the Supplier.

あなたが商品の量が足りないとおっしゃってるので、私達は販売人に商品の数を証明する証拠を3暦日以内に提供するように尋ねます。

追伸：このケースを閉じる前に業者と何か話が決まったら、苦情センターに裏付けとなる証拠を提供して下さい。そうすればオンラインショップが入手できる支援文書か、買い手と業者の間の制限時間内の注文メッセージに合意に達した決算期を元にクレームを取り扱う権利が持てるでしょう。
